Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Anyone with PSS9's: Several people have recommended Front -2 degrees Rear -2.5 degrees 1/16" Toe in 3/16" Toe in The shop setting my car up says that they are limited to 1.5 in the front (lowered 25 mm). Any idea why? Are you using camber plates?

POST 2Original post

That does not make much sense since many people could get close to -1 with the factory (not slotted) settings, without lowering. My car seemed to be some sort of an anomoly and I still got about -0.7 in front.... I have H&R springs and am running -1.7 from and -2.5 rear with zero toe in front and about 3/32 tow in at the back. This has proven to be a very fast and good alignment for me...and I've done about 3 or 4 this summer alone. If you need more camber, lower it more or get camber plates...or slot it!

POST 3Original post

Chris is correct, it is very possible to get 2.0 neg front camber when you are lowered 25mm (stock shock mounts, no aftermarket camber plates). I would try another alignment shop who is familiar with modified Porsches. You will find that what is "possible" or not greatly varies from shop to shop. Good luck
