Read evidence and context

Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Is this any good? <a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1859840922" target="_blank">http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1859840922</a>

POST 2Original post

This is the same as Fabspeed sells as well as Performance Products (Weltmeister) and it has had mixed reviews. I don't know of anyone that has dyno'ed this mod. I do know the intake "sounds" better but... the jury is still as to if it does anything. If you really want one of these you might want to give Tim Benson at Fastlane (independent Porsche shop) in Santa Cruz a call. I know he can get some of these things pretty cheap.

POST 3Original post

I was looking at that. Bottom line... I need to find a local chassis dyno so I can bench mark my car and then measure the intake and exhaust I plan to install. For my good and everyone else's info. Anyone know of one on LI?

POST 4Original post

Hi Ed. Autosport Designs in Mineola has a dyno you could test with. Ask for Barry or Antoinne. They will take care of you right. [phone removed] Theo
