Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I would like to adjust my brake and accelerator pedals for better heel/toe feel. Has anyone done this in a 2001 C2 and if so could you include some directions? Thanks in advance! GonzoP1

POST 2Original post

Since we are on the topic, how about the engagement point in the clutch pedal. I know its hydraulic, but is there an adjustmenst somwhere before it engages the clutch cylinder? I would love to move the friction point closer to the top, it is very lowe by my standard.

POST 3Original post

Brake Pedal - The brake push rod is correctly set if dimension X = 45 + 5 mm. Perform the measurement between the center of the brake pedal plate and the accelerator. Clutch Pedal - The clutch master cylinder has an inner stop. The push rod and the clutch pedal are always pressed against this stop by the boost spring. Due to the automatic hydraulic adjustment of the clutch, it is not possible to determine the clutch play by checking at the clutch pedal. The clutch push rod and the boost spring are not adjustable.

POST 4Original post

Darn! The clutch in my boxster was about an 1" higher on the pedal... much prefered there
