Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Bought another Boxster after my divorce. 2002 base, silver and black. A lady owned it, she passed away in May at 74. Car had 57,600 on it and was always Porches maintained. Have all the records and history. Nice thing she did was put a short shift in it. Outside of that car is original. Always garaged and covered. Paid $8,500 for it.

POST 2Original post

Good to see you! Old lady with a short shifter?? That's like this 80 year old guy I see in the morning driving a 2000'ish MR2 with a five speed. Takes him about 5 minutes to get in and out of the car but he's still got it. p.s. Those pics look like Hunter's Creek.

POST 3Original post

Welcome back! Nice car and nothing is cooler than buying a Porsche from a little old lady with a short shifter!

POST 4Original post

Wow, that's a clean one! You can tell it was pampered. Congrats! Was this lady from Pasedena by any chance?

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The son that I got the car from said his mother always had a Porsche. She actually had a fairly new Cayenne but they kept that one. At 6'4" he found getting in and out a hassle. So, now I have it.

I bought my 911SC from a little old lady from Pasadena! My friend Alex Bermudez came with me to test drive it and he couldn't stop laughing about that.

POST 7Original post

Lived in Pasadena for 35 years and sold three Porsche's while living there. Does that count for anything? I guess not because I'm not a lady and I'm not old. Welcome back to the family.
