Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Not sure though if it is a good idea to running two different tread patterns on your street tires though.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Just swaped out my side lights for these smokers , let me know what you think, to stay yellow or to go smooky.
However there's a bug, apparently I've never noticed but my side lights don't actually blink. I tried the old lights , same thing no blinky.. front and rear indicators work fine and there's actually power going to the side lights but they won't blink?
Any ideas, I'm thinking a relay maybe but I would have thought it would give a faster blink for the other lights and blink faster on the dash.

first off, when I used to smoke these I always got the munchies....
they never blink

Go with the clears. Oh, and the side markers do not blink so things are working properly. If you would like them to blink there is a DIY that requires some wiring harness modifications. A Google of "porsche blinking side markers" will find you the instructions.
The side markers are not set up (wired) to blink with your turn signals.
There is a mod so your blinky blinks with your blinker. The mod can be found at Renntech or do a search on the forum.
Nope window's already tinted for the Houston Sun, That full glass roof is just a solar panel for heat.
Interior mod coming, waiting on stock to arrive then I'll start taking pics.
Does anyone know where i can get that blue film for the side mirrors? My old 330ci had it and I loved it... I miss the reverse sensors and the passenger mirror that goes down automatically when you put it in reverse to see that curb well!
Anyways, I want to buy that light blue film on my mirrors...
Completely legal, even had a few police ask where I got them from. Nothing more than a 3M film to protect the lenses from road chips etc.
Everyone's got their own tastes dude.
you are correct, and since its your car and you like it, more power to you
I have seen yellow too and also am not a fan so its not the color... its just the whole "headlight colored" that I dont care for...
BTW the smoked sides look way better than stock.. just for fun, what do you think clear sides tinted blue would look like ?
Na tinted on the side wouldn't look good. I do have a little taste.
Joking apart the main reason I put the film on was that I was getting pissed off every month having to put painters tape over the lights for the DE's. I'd rather spend money on good stuff rather than replacement lights.
Well the front ones you see are Goodyear F1's which I put on the day I got the car almost 2.5 years ago and they've had 6 DE's on them. The things just won't wear down.
On the rear's I used to have the Goodyear F1 GS 3 or something like that but they lasted all of 3 DE's and at $400 a tire i started to look for alternatives. I finally settled on Sumotomo's II and I have to say as a street tire they are great, I would warn anyone not to take the II's on the track.
I bought a spare set of wheels for the track and they now have a set of Nitto's NT01 on them, and boy does that feel good on the track, stock setup for the car nothing fancy.
Tinting headlights is not legal where I live.
As an aside: I've never understood the reasoning Porshe have for not having the side markers twined to the front turn signals. It would be interesting to hear a company view on their thinking given the fact that they do have other unusual lighting options such as the single rear fog light or traffic side only park lights that north american car makers do not employ.
I agree on the track tires.....been thinking about that real hard lately. Not sure though if it is a good idea to running two different tread patterns on your street tires though. I would stick with one make and pattern at all 4 corners.
Yeah completely with you on the different treads, I'm just waiting on the fronts to die so that I can get the Sumo's same tread for the front as the back. I'm scottish and too tight to take tires off that aren't done yet.
But the lady handles perfectly the way she is just now though.

I like em'. The grayish/not blackish color blends in with the gray paint.
I think that bright clear side markers would stand out a bit more since your headlights are not bright clear.
