Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

After some advice please... Looks like I need to replace the rad condensors and have been researching what is about .. seems to be quite a difference in price. (Not going to bother with OPC genuine as they are very expensive) from here http://www.autoairconparts.co.uk/Po...s-pumps-condensers-aircon-radiators-and-more/ £77.95 + vat and from design 911 there are a few EIS - £87.25 + vat Hella - £129 + vat Bit unsure as to what to go for.. do I just choose the cheapest .. but dont want to be doing the job again in 6 months if the part aint up to it.. Anybody have any experience of any of these parts and what the quality / durabilty is like? Thanks Richard

POST 2Original post

I was under the impression that the Hella one is the OEM version or at least i think it was on the 964`s.

POST 3Original post

Alpinair in West London did mine. £500 fitted with an 18 month warranty and have been very happy. You won't get out of it for much under that. I looked into it & you need to use good quality condensors. Good luck.
