Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Hi I went to Centre Gravity yesterday, same old story, long day, bushes and track rods changed, completely different car.

Mine was all over the place when I got her.Tried all manner of pressures before deciding that the factory 36/44 was the best.So my advice is set them to these pressure and go from there.I,d question the geo work thats been done, should,nt need 3 in a month.Suspension, bearings droplinks etc need checking next.

They will not only set the car up for you but also tell you if any of your suspension components are on the way out.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Having had my geometry set up three times this month I am still having issues.
Having had my geometry set up three times this month I am still having issues. The car feels good for a few days after the adjustment then starts to feel wandery again. One rear wheel increased it's neg camber by over a degree in a week with no potholes being hit or anything. Likely culprit?
When they do the geometry are they marking the nuts etc? Like a painted line through the nut/ bolt? That way you can see if things are moving or coming loose. I know my geo has everything marked up so we can see changes etc...
:dont know:
If as you say it is okay for a few days and then deteriorates then most obvious question is: whoever is doing the geometry, do they know what they doing?
Have you taken it somewhere like Centre Gravity? They will not only set the car up for you but also tell you if any of your suspension components are on the way out.
It definitely sounds like something is wrong if you have had it set up 3 times in a month, sorry can't help with diagnosing it though... :?

take it to center gravity... took mine while I lived in England, and apart from the owner being a top bloke, he setups the car how YOU want it.... perfect !
Hi I went to Centre Gravity yesterday, same old story, long day, bushes and track rods changed, completely different car. I would go there if I were you (or you were me!) I had my geo done twice, still ruined tyres, and didnt feel that special TBH, now its a dream to drive and so planted. Chris is a very dedicated and knowledgeable bloke, not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for... he marked all my nuts as well
All the best Paul
I'm booked in with Chris next Wednesday, when I booked the waiting list was 7 weeks! which speaks volumes about how much in demand Chris is!
Really can't wait for him to work his magic on the 996
Well Porsche tell me all four bushes are perished and quoted £1300. How much would I pay at centre gravity or an independent (assuming they are correct)?
Which bushes are they talking about, there's quite a few in the suspension area? Give Chris at CentreGravity a ring and talk it through with him. His labour rate is less than OPC, and his knowledge is far greater...
