Has anyone tried Pedro's new product called the TenchoTooth to get Bluetooth streaming to stock head units? For $150 it might be a better alternative than FM transmitters or buying the MOST HUR kit.

it looks like it is a rebranded more expensive product. I am all for people making money, but not $100 more for the same thing. xamfed, the link you provided from amazon is for an older product from iSimple. The TechnoTool item that the OP mentioned looks to be a rebranded version of the iSimple Tranzit BLU HF instead. Amazon is selling it for less than $90. I installed the iSimple Tranzit BLU HF today and it seems to work well. Will have to see if I run into any issues.

Yes. You will need two adapters. to place the TRANZIT BLU HF Unit inline with the factory antenna before the CDR-24 (or CDR-30) radio unit. The unit also outputs to an AUX jack if you have an AUX IN on your stereo, which you won't by default if you have a CDR-24, or CDR-30.
