Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Thanks for the support the Citizens of this Country have received from thru out the World. The tragedy of 9-11 was a Tragedy felt by all Nations. Victims were from all Nations and walks of life. The front page of my local newspaper this morning made a most powerful statement. All it was was a listing of all of the names of the Victims in very small print filling the entire page. It brought home the point of the enormity of the tragedy and needless loss of innocent lives. I pray for comfort to those who are suffering from the loss of a loved one.
Thanks for the sentiments everyone. You know, I can't explain it, but today is a very sad day. Not that it shouldn't be based on what happened last year and the the following months. But for some reason I thought the blow wouls soften with time...it really hasn't. Now seeing the images again all over television this morning the enormity and sadness of what happened comes crashing back. I guess I didn't expect to feel so raw about what had happened 1 year later. It should be that way, but I just didn't expect it.
Anyway, thanks for the kind words on what seems to be a sad day for all.

I am in my firm's Chicago office in the Sears tower today. Security is extremely tight, law enforcement and television crews abound for several city blocks. As you can imagine, the anxiety level is very high.
But earlier this moring, I went downstairs to visit a "quiet-room" that our firm has set up for the day. There are two big-screen TVs tuned to CNN for our people to be able to watch the various remembrance ceremonies taking place throughout the day. After a mere 10 minutes, I had to leave and return to my office. I was surprised at how deeply the images of 9/11/01 still affected me. Not that I had considered myself "healed" before today, but I have tried very hard over the past year to listen, learn and lead a more informed life based on what we all experienced a year ago. I'm clearly not there yet, but it helps to know there is a diverse group of people out there thinking of us today and wishing us well.
Thank you.
today has been harder to bear than i ever could have imagined. the support of all our overseas friends is most welcome. i truly hope that none of you ever has to face a similiar horror. peace to everyone.
