Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I wanted to install a PSE from my OPC on my 2014 Cayman S, but have been waiting for what feels like an eternity with it on backorder. Latest update is there won't even be an update on availability for at least another month. It's making me consider alternatives- anyone got any experience they can share? Presume it won't be switchable and the crackles and bangs of the PSE won't be there? Any help appreciated!

POST 2Original post

Just had one fitted to my 991 by the excellent Pie Performance guys in Suffolk, they are on back order and it took them a while to get it. Had to have to new switch console too. Wanted to keep the car fitted with OME.
