Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

In this useful video the tech is using some kind of gold card to remove all the trim pieces: https://youtu.be/0m0dNsPhmbo?t=25 Any ideas if it's an actual tool, and where I can get one from? Just want to be properly prepared before I start pulling bits off. Oh... and I have removed door panels before. Last one was back in the 70's iirc. I know to go slowly and be careful. I have an annoying buzzing (like a bumble bee) from the driver's door trim when I go over rough surfaces or cat's eyes. Feels like it's coming from the speaker grill maybe. Any other tips when removing? The guy in the video seems to have it all covered. Thanks for any suggestions where to get the tool.

I’ve not seen that tool before (if indeed it is a trim removal tool) Here’s what I use : https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/265167867283
