Been on the Forums for a bit with no posts. Old VW/Audi and BMW Guy. I have had a 2007 987.1 CS for about 10 years now. I wrench, I do all my own maintenance and general bolt-ons. I just installed some Fabspeed Headers with O2 spacers and went for a drive to see if it would throw a CEL and it did not. What did happen, the Cayman started surging while in throttle. At part throttle the Cayman sputtered a bit but as expected without a tune. I checked to see if there was a pending code that I was not seeing and nothing. Anyone have any insight?

I found out my issue. I had installed the o2 spacers/ restrictors pre-cat instead of post-cat. Swapped them around power/ drivability is back. Also no CEL as of yet.
