Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

So, what do people think of these seats:

Also, where could I get a rear roll cage?
Finally, what about a rear seat delete ?
Now there is no intention to make it a GT3 replica before anyone states that, just to make it better for track days etc
Thanks
Lee
Hi Lee,
Sorry I haven't replied directly to your mail yet...
Seats, I have the DesignTek Carbon ones, in alcantara. You can reuse the existing runners from the seats you have, you just need the side brackets. I'm happy with them, much lighter than the comfort seats. They are fairly narrow though so if you're on the 'larger' side I'd try them out in store first. Others who've tried them are also pretty impressed by the comfort factor.
As for cage, the Tequipment half cage is perfect and they do come up on ebay every so often. Keep an eye out, expect to pay around £500-600. Fitting is a b!tch though. You can also buy them from Porsche part shops or OPC although there is a rumour that they've been discontinued??? There are a few videos on youtube showing you how. There's a couple of bits of plastic you have to cut away and you'll need 2 people and patience...
Rear seat delete is easy and should take no longer than 30minutes to do. You need a 'triple square' to remove the bolt. Do a search on here and you'll find the info.
Hope that helps.

Thanks for the reply, will wait out until I get the car before going firm on what to do,as am ideally after one with the sports seats but would prefer bucket style in the end.
Regarding the rear seat delete, did you have to get any extra trim to cover the rear area or is it like that asfter you remove the seats?
Thanks
Lee
Here's the thread on cage install...

The rear seats just come straight out then you're left with a bit of metal in the middle of the transmission 'hump'. I just left this as it's not intrusive or large. The carpet/trim doesn't need to be changed. When/ if you do it you'll see what I mean, it really is easy.
For the seat change I followed this DIY...

You need to be a rennlist member to view I think but I highly recommend you become one...
