Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Brought 987 2.7 Boxster . On inspection of the car we noticed the rear spoiler was working fine after a few weeks we noticed the interior switch wasn't working nor the spoiler coming up at speed, checked all fuses in panel below the pedals known were blown. Totally unsure what fuses were for as not in manual and couldn't really find on the Web except for 986 version., I got told about a overide switch on fuse box or around that area, but could locate it.. So a bit lost. Diagnosis said there was no power going to it from OBD scanner so a bit lost Any help advise or diagrams would help

POST 2Original post

Hi. Are your brake lights working normally? Has it rained where you are recently? Heavy rain? Been through a car-wash? You might take a read of: 2007 Boxster -- brake lights, spoiler off kilter That's the rather way too common cause of this sort of failure.. there is no override switch, I wouldn't listen to whoever told you that. BTW - welcome to the forum!
