Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Did anyone catch the new Cayman S commercial airing on the Speed Channel last night? It played over and over again on the first broadcast of the 2006 Barrett Jackson Auto Auction. It featured a Silver Cayman S with PCCB and standard Cayman S wheels. Barrett Jackson is onevery daythrough the weekend and I suspect the commercial will be shown again. POST 2Original post

My wife saw one last night on the Fox News channel......couldn't get there fast enough to see it, and all she could say was it was a Silver one. Have to teach her to be more detail orientated.

POST 3Original post

They play the commercial alot during the Barrett-Jackson auction. I believe Porsche is a sponsor. Steve

POST 4Original post

I saw it and it is recorded on my PVR, just not sure how to dump it off. Not very long, basically the silver car driving by on 18' wheels, a kid takes notice, a guy with a stack of newspapers takes notice (newspapers blow off as car roars by), a woman's laundry in the window is blown by the car's passing she goes out and looks and it says 'The new Cayman S - stirring things up' or something to that effect, then it shows the car stopping and says that it is now available at your local Porsche dealer and then ends with the Porsche - There is no substitue slogan.

POST 5Original post

I saw it ESPN as well. I didn't catch the whole thing, just the 2nd half of it.
