Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

MOD500 said: Thank you Does anyone have thoughts on the red Sytner car please? It's a very basic spec, quite high miles and out of warranty - so it would have have to be at the bottom of the price range for the car. Still worth considering if you are happy without any toys (or even phone preparation) and can negotiate a decent dealer warranty. A better spec car a year younger with lot less miles might cost £5000 more.

If you know the lowish spec is ok for you the only thing wrong with that car is the price seems a bit high. 5-10% can be achieved off of new prices.....

Given that most cars depreciate about 50% in their first three years, and that car is bang on average mileage at 12,000 p.a., it looks a tad expensive. Bear in mind you can still buy a brand new one for less than £40,000 - so Mr Porsche dealership reckons that car has cheated gravity and only depreciated about 30%.
