This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 2Original post

I remember when I stripped dowm my 996 for a respray, when it came back to putting it all back together that spring clip took almost an hour in itself! It is tricky, infact so much so describing the job is useless. Has your clip broken or???

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi thanks for your reply. doesnt sound fun i can kinda see where it goes, but not how.... Its the second one... ??? dunno where it went, which leads me to suspect the first option - its broken off. Cheers Oli

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks guys, looks like i have to pop the flap itself out then fit the clip from the diagram? I did wonder if that was the case.

POST 7Original post

I had the OPC replace mine at the last service - it was fairly cheap I seem to recall, and if it takes an hour - glad I had them do it..!!

POST 8 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post
