thanks alot!!! im going to look for that hole in the back of the wheel now i just need left side tiptronic button hmmm.... i tried suncoast and local dealership..they are 395$each!!....

Yes I did & here are a couple of pics....first pic is the plastic insert of the shift knob, OEM color was volcano grey, got it painted to Alum-look silver; second pic is the whole shift knob wrapped in siilver carbon fiber.

Yay, with help from the board I was finally able to take off my shifter and cover the leather with carbon fiber cloth and I'm happy camper more pics here: Picasa Web Albums - Cayman S Collections - Carbon wrapping
