Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Today I received from my dealer the 2007 DVD maps update of the GCC area for my PCM 2.1 (previously I was using the 2005 DVD release). To my surprise it is taking hours to update... and never ends! I tried removing it from the Navigator then putting it back, it immediately prompts me to update the software informing me that it should take minutes... but these minutes never end! I drove for a long time to give it a chance to finish updating... but I am afraid these is something wrong! Any advice?
