I took it into an auto parts store and had it tested (just the battery, I couldn't get a jump to get the car there).

Hi guys, I have a '99 Boxster. Recently, it has gotten into the habit of not starting every time. When I try and start it, I get a series of clicks. After I jump it, it starts right up. And it will continue to start for a day and a half. Then, I'm back to square one. Any thoughts?

You have a 16 year old battery? Yup. I'd replace that before guessing alternator.
