Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

Anyone have recommendations for a good installer in San Francisco or surrounding area? I'd like to have a Parrot Bluetooth kit installed and I don't want some pimply kid at Best Buy touching my new ride.

POST 2Original post

If you're in the East Bay, try Walnut Creek Customs. They just did an iPod/XM/Bluetooth install for my 997TT. They work on lots of high-end cars and workmanship seems good. -Chris

POST 3Original post

I've been looking around as well and talked to Mike@Wireless world and he seemed to know what was up and came highly recommended via my Porsche mechanic. Post back if you end up using him. He says he installed something like 90 bluetooth kits into Porsche cars last month. POST 4Original post

Mike Hong is now the General Manager at Audio Design in San Jose He has done many excellent installs for my clients including iPod/Bluetooth integration, radar detectors, parking assist, and a really cool infared camera that displays on the factory PCM. He also does some incredible hidden stereo upgrades. His new number is [phone removed] or [email removed]

POST 5Original post

Sound Innovations in Hayward is good too. He is a member here and he personally has a 987.
