Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion

I should mention, I realize that hydraulic pressure sensors can be used but, I was hoping for a cheaper and easier electronic pedal position solution off the ECU.

Leading evidence: 'Use but, i was hoping' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Use but, i was hoping' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Is anyone aware of a way to get analog brake pedal position to a traqmate unit in a CS. I think it would be highly insightful to know how well your foot is actually trail-braking, as opposed to your perception, and compare that to long G vs. distance to understand exactly how well the input is translated into braking performance. TIA, Tim

POST 2Original post

I should mention, I realize that hydraulic pressure sensors can be used but, I was hoping for a cheaper and easier electronic pedal position solution off the ECU. I am just trying to measure the efficiency of my foot, not the braking system.

POST 3Original post

There is no pedal position sensor on the brake pedal. Your only choice is to find a way to grab the pressure sensor output. This is on my wish list for some point in the future. In the meantime, use the friction circle feature. It will do a very nice job of showing you where you are trail braking and how much. The "Brake and Turn Zones Map" will also show you where and how long you are trail braking, but it doesn't show how much. It's data comes from the G-forces (same as the friction circle).

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
