Suggestion
I found that I had to open the TraqData II unit and swap the DIP switch to coil in order to get a reading; also as advised set the cylinders to be 1 in the software.

Hi, I thought I'd post a quick mesage to help anyone else that is looking to take a throttle reading with their Traqmate unit. The three electrical connections that are working for me are as follows: 1. Brake is connected to the TraqData II D5 digital input. The wire goes from D5 to the rear n/s brake light unit where I intercepted the +ve brake wire (2nd cable in sorry can't remember colour). This then drops from value of 1 to 0 when the brake pedal is applied. 2. RPM (as per the article on here) I connected the TraqData II RPM input to the green wire with blue tracer at the DME. I found that I had to open the TraqData II unit and swap the DIP switch to coil in order to get a reading; also as advised set the cylinders to be 1 in the software. 3. Throttle position can be picked up by connecting a TraqData II Analogue input (in this case A0) to the yellow wire with green tracer at the DME. This cable is in the main cable loom and pretty easy to find. The car issues aroud 4.31 volts at idle and falls away the further the throttle opens. I'll double check the voltage scale once I've understood the limits later today.
