Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.

0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

Suggestion

If it takes about 60 miles to get the ECU to adjust I ned to do a pre snapflash dyno, drive a bit and then do a pre-Capristo run?

Suggestion

That would show us what we loose or gain if we have to change the valve opening cut-over point settings.

Suggestion

I'm willing to run final dynos for me and intermediate dynos for all of us.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

So I have the Snap-flash but it is not installed yet. Capristo (full 2-cat version) has been ordered and paid for (and I'm told they have a batch ready to send out to those of us who've been on the list... just waiting for the remotes to arrive). The question is... if I'm going to meaningfully contribute to the mod effect database, is there anything I should be thinking about doing? Dyno is already planned before and after Capristo. GM

POST 2Original post

Dyno is great, before and after photos, sound clips, etc. is also nice. In fact we really don't have a "how to" article on how to do the Snap-Flash, ifyou want to take pictures, screen caps, etc. and write up an article that would be beneficial to our members!

POST 3Original post

It would be very helpful to see a dyno pull with Capristo valves open from start to finish and a pull with valves closed from start to finish. That would show us what we loose or gain if we have to change the valve opening cut-over point settings.

POST 4Original post

Do 3 runs before 3 after and take the average, don't do something like take the minimum before and the maximum after.

POST 6Original post

I'm willing to run final dynos for me and intermediate dynos for all of us. Question... If it takes about 60 miles to get the ECU to adjust I ned to do a pre snapflash dyno, drive a bit and then do a pre-Capristo run? Or can we just start post snap. The difference would be my car. Is it such a bad assumption that my car is like everybody elses?
