Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

When i turn the steering wheel a quarter turn to the left i can hear a strange sound coming from the left hand side of the car, possibly the back left. At first i thought it sounds like a puncture but all tyres are fine. Its hard to describe, sounds like a constant pulse of air releasing combined with a light squeak on every release. Anybody heard of this before? does this sound like a shock absorber problem? How much do these suspension parts cost?

POST 2Original post

I had a similar 'sqwarking' noise. It was the power steering pipe rubbing on the chassis when turning......
