Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

13 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • 911uk: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Generation: 20261026T144035Z · outcome-qualification-6. Deterministic extraction; no AI model inference. How we use sources

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

hi anybody know what the exhaust valves look like and where they would be on the a PSE, not sure if they are external or internal? and also if you can manually open these?

POST 2Original post

here a link to one that sold on ebay you can see the levers that move the butterfly plate at the end of that rod you should see a round vacuum switch that looks like a turbo actuator something like this with a thin vacuum tube attached http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FORD-ESCORT-C...arts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item19bfed8d72 Sorry for the pics ebays the quickest place to find things Rob

POST 3Original post

If you have genuine PSE the electronics control a vacuum actuator (either via programmed parameteres or via the dash button - if fitted). You can manually force them open, but you will upset the actuation and control systems. You can jam them open/closed by operating this rod/plunger going into the vacuum "hat":

POST 4Original post

Thanks for sharing GT4, that's a actually a helpful video. ~ Maxie

POST 8Original post

Ohh my dear God...here we go again. :nooo: Allow me to explain my dear GT4; I was merely complimenting you on a visually helpful post. Did you not get the hint? Are you opposed to people paying you a compliment? Wasn't trying to be a pain the ar$e, really I wasn't. ~ Maxie

POST 9Original post

and I was simply replying sarcastically as what you had written sounded funny to me. I think it's the "actually" that sets it up.

POST 10Original post

i thought you said sarcasm would be highlighted in Italics I am never going to understand this thread stuff unless we have guides/Rules.... :thumb: p.s.Great Movie, as even the OPC couldn't show me how you could tell PSE or no PSE....so :worship: :worship:

POST 11Original post

I rarely use emoticons (or italics) when joking. It is far more amusing (for me) when people can't tell if I am joking or not. It's the equivalent of telling a joke with a straight face.

POST 12Original post

OK are you being serious now...... I cant tell.. Blo@dy hell your good......... I am not playing Poker with you .

POST 13Original post

I'm relieved to hear it. Having seen the state of it, I'll leave you to Poker.
