Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 months into my first Porsche and I have found a seat for my 18 month old that fits in the rear of my 996 Cab!
The OPC seat is a joke - looks and price. I have found one at Halfords that fits just nicely thanks and costs £80!
Only problem is its got Ferrari logo and name embroidered on it! Doesn't seem to bother the boy though! Easily rectified with a £3 Porsche logo patch off Ebay and another over the name.
I tested it in Halfords but bought online at Kiddicare (as Halfords don't keep stock and wanted to sell me the very second hand display seat), it looks on their site like there are other options with fabric but the seat looks like a slightly different shape and I didn't want to risk a no-fit.
So, for all the parents trying to justify a 996 Cab as a proper family car - it is!
And the sky is blue, the sun is shining..............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thx for the heads up. Bought same model, due to your post. Black version though, looks like it is made for Porsche... However, little hint, remove the rear cushion and the bottom cushion as well, and you will have just a bit more space...
Thanks for putting this up, have been wondering what would fit my C2 Cab as it is time to put my son into a larger seat and most of the older forum posts relate to out of date seats.
@Stormdk can you post which Team Tex model you went for.
Cheers
Excellent, I know what I'll be buying at the weekend. Definitely will try to source the black version, I just can't bring myself to have a Ferrari badged product in the car. :hand:

I solved the Ferrari issue with a simple iron on Porsche crest which you can just about see on the picture.
I may however succumb to a black one as the red is not ideal with the interior!!
