Anyone else have any experience of the above, I used Porschemode for some sports box's, tail pipe fell off as I drove away, they apologised and it was fixed in 10 mins, but not that reassuring.

For example, I needed new coil packs but they only wanted to replace the ones that had corroded rather than the whole lot and kept the parts for me to see.

Anyone else have any experience of the above, I used Porschemode for some sports box's, tail pipe fell off as I drove away, they apologised and it was fixed in 10 mins, but not that reassuring. IN addition I was kept waiting long after they said it would be ready despite explaining days in advice I HAD to leave by 3.00 to collect child from school. Now today the one on the other side has come lose and is hanging down- not impressed. Car is booked in with ACC tomorrow to have reversing light switch replaced, so will get them to fix pipe - just hope they are better than PM....

On one occasion they lent me a car (Renault) so I could get home and on another, dropped me and picked me up from the station Which Was exactly what I needed. Great service. I hope you have a similar experience.

Ahh but title said " Porschemode Bristol and Advanced Car Care, also Bristol" - two garages, BUT I had guessed who you meant by the time I just got back in the Green Renault customer car (interesting clutch dont you think!). Like you said, seem like nice people, very small place, but having experience the other and of the scale so many times (massive plush mail dealer who at the end of the day as only as good as the staff) I don't see that as a problem! Just hope I get my reversing lights back, and parking sensors for that matter! Regard Kez

Just got car back from Advanced Car Care, Bristol am more than pleased with service, it may only be a small Garage but the quality of service and knowledge puts most OPC;s to shame, they even passed on their trade discount to me when most would have actually marked up parts cost. Will be using them again.
