Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.

0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

Suggestion

This was likely caused by the dealer letting the battery go dead, and then they had a tech open the hood using the terminal, and then he pushed it back in too far.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

I just opened my fuse panel up to jump my CaymanS and there is an empty space where the red positive fuse pull out should be. Anyone seen this before? Anyone know where to order one from? Dealer I guess...

POST 2Original post

68 views and not one reply. Is this in the wrong section? Anyone know of another forum where I might get an answer? Thanks.

POST 3Original post

It is very likely pushed back behind the fuse panel, and you have to remove the screws holding down the panel, so that you can get behind it to push the terminal back through. This happened on our Boxster , and I remember doing something like that. This was likely caused by the dealer letting the battery go dead, and then they had a tech open the hood using the terminal, and then he pushed it back in too far. Dumb; you would think they'd know better.

POST 4Original post

Thanks. Do you think I have to take all the fuses out to remove it?

POST 5Original post

No, I didn't. I think I removed some fasteners from the panel faceplate (but I honestly can't remember) and fished the terminal out somehow. All I can say is be creative.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
