Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

POST 2 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

For information - I recently had the car play installed in my 2017 MACAN. Raymond  from INNOVATIVE SOFT was extremely helpful and installed it for $199 (with member discount of $50). I have searched online and watched all the videos of stripping the dashboard which I was not going to do until I then discovered that it is only a software installation. I can only praise this guy for his assistance and willingness to perceiver with my lack of tech ability. Thank you to Raymond for his work, it works very well.
