I have changed all brake pads and all brake sensors and did a brake fluid flush but the brake warning light is still on. Brakes seem to be working fine. What could be the issue?
Of note- none of the sensors had been activated as I dont let my pads get that low. And replacing the sensors should have remedied any problem of a worn sensor.
Fluid level (presumably OK)?
Stuck/misadjusted parking brake handle?
Worn out shoes in the parking brake?

Fluid level is fine.
How does one check parking brake shoes? I rarely ever use the parking brake.
Are you absolutely sure the sensors are ok? They are VERY easy to damage. Seems to be the most likely culprit.
put brand new ones in and no wires seem compromised. The warning light was going off before the sensors were changed. Pads had a good 3mm or so before getting to the sensors. I changed the pads and sensors anyway.
Strangely I would get the brake light to come on at times if the car was parked on concrete on a hot day in the sun. But wouldnt come on when was in a covered lot. Figured it was sensor problem and thats why I changed them.
Hasnt helped this time. I did a DE over the weekend with no brake issues. wonder if the computer could be messed up somehow.
Odd. You did what I would have done. Not sure what the next step is. I would think you need a trip to the dealer to have the warning light reset or a fault code read.
I concur a trip to the dealer wouldn't hurt to read out any codes you have stored if you don't have durametric. I'm not aware of any sensor on the parking brake shoes in terms of wear, I think you could wear those down to bare metal and if you didn't hear it, you'd never know other than well, you'd hear it.
It might be that it thinks your parking brake is partially engaged though because if you don't use it often, maybe something has gotten hung up with the handle in the car, try engaging and releasing the parking brake handle a bunch of times and see if that does anything. Probably won't, but worth a shot to try before heading to dealer...
