Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.

0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

Suggestion

At a recent PEC event my instructor recommended getting your PEC day in ASAP after ordering as you may want to change your spec after you've experienced them 'first hand'.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

as topic really Purchased a BGTS early December, and was promised a PEC half day. not had any contact yet, was wondering if I should chase the dealer up yet.... thanks here's a pic, on winter wheels currently.

POST 2Original post

I had to chase 3 times for mine, not something I expected to have to do!

POST 3Original post

Just ring PEC silverstone direct. 01327 855911 This is what I do on my new purchases, never failed yet!

POST 4Original post

Mine arrived in the post about 3 weeks after I ordered. Along with a voucher for £80 (I think) off Porsche Techequipment stuff. Although you can have your PEC day anytime, the idea is that you have it BEFORE your car arrives so that you can experience the same model (they try to get your chosen options close too) and learn how those options work before you take delivery. At a recent PEC event my instructor recommended getting your PEC day in ASAP after ordering as you may want to change your spec after you've experienced them 'first hand'. Seemed like good advice. He also mentioned to call in advice if there was a particular combination of options you wanted to try. The PEC accommodates approx 20 cars at any one time but he mentioned they have a compound at Silverstone which stores a further 100 models... Edited by neilf on Tuesday 16th February 20:32

POST 5Original post

Mine was about 3/4 weeks after the order was confirmed for the car and the dealer gave me another as present when I was picking up the car.

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post
