It could be discoloration from the A/C evaporator run off which I believe drips from about dead center of the engine compartment.

Anybody had any problems with oil leaks on the '09 or '10 Cayman or Cayman S? I see a small puddle of something on the garage floor. It could be discoloration from the A/C evaporator run off which I believe drips from about dead center of the engine compartment. Do not want to deal with the dealer with less than 1,000 miles on the car.

Yup. Took my car to an after market place (that only handles Porsche's) and they couldnt do the oil change b/c of a leak. I have an '09. They told me to take it back to the dealer since its covered under the warranty. Dealer fixed it and said it was a factory issue.

Nada from mine in 6000 miles. Only issue I had was a faulty microswitch in the clutch/ignition. Simple and quick replacement.

Nope... have not had any leaks. 7500 miles... first oil-change coming up soon.

I have a 2010 with about 3000 and no leaks no problems
