Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

Hi, After picking up my car from detailing today I noticed the inside guage of the rev counter, where the digital info for speed, mileage, etc is displayed is splattered with some goo! It's not the outside instrument cowl plastic cover, it's actually the guage inside!! I can only guess some kind of air pressure as blown inside and soiled the dial? Is it a possible DIY job to remove the instrument cowl to clean the inside guage? help?
