Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

11 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Planet-9: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

2 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

It worked great for my 2005

POST 1Original post

I've found many mentioned in searching this site, but they have all been shut down and don't work anymore. Does anyone know of one that's up and running at the moment? I know I can send off to Suncoast (?) and pay a small fee but I need the result quickly and don't have time for that. I appreciate any assistance you might have on this. Thanks

POST 2Original post

This just worked for mine. Couldn't get it to work yesterday https://vinanalytics.com/

POST 3Original post

pcarfinder.com also works most of the time when you enter a VIN

POST 5Original post

It seems that both sites do only work with US cars.

POST 7Original post

Vinanalytics works with some cars and not others. It worked great for my 2005 Boxster S . I did not work for my 2002 Boxster S . No idea why.

POST 8Original post

How about this one - it seems to cover international cars too: https://www.vindecoderz.com/EN/Porsche

POST 9Original post

Yes this is working but it's "only" giving the information in the VIN itself, an "automation" of this: https://www.stuttcars.com/technical/vin-decoder/

POST 10Original post

Vinanalytics.com now supports all Porsche VINs (all models and all countries). The decoding isn’t expensive and gives a lot of great info on the car.

POST 11Original post

Vinanalytics works just fine for my car here in the UK.
