There was some interest awhile back on R alignment specs. Had my alignment checked and reset before taking delivery. Tech printed up before & after specs. Interestingly he did not have R factory specs loaded into his machine (didn't think to ask him about
Spyder
specs at the time).
Anyhow, As Delivered:
LF: -0.45' camber (-.75*), 7*53' caster, 0.00' toe
RF: -0.45' camber (-.75*), 7*44' caster, 0*01' toe in
LR: -1*43' camber (-1.75*), 0.03' toe out
RR: -1*45' camber (-1.75*), 0.08' toe out
For cross reference, 1/32 inch = 0.12degree = 7 minutes(').
He was able to dial in only 1.1 degree of negative camber max. up front. He was able to put all adjustments within 2 minutes of requested specs. This is the most accurate alignment I've ever had. Will definitely pay the dealer premium for future alignments.

Thanks a lot
I talked to a Racing team in Germany and they said that they would be able to do about -2° up front (without the
GT3
LCA and the standard equipment)... I'm excited of how they are going to make that work (as everyone just seems to squeeze out a max of 1 degree)
As soon as I did that I'll post more about how they (tried to) do that
This is interesting.
How does the R set-up differ from an S?
I's be interested in putting R geo on my S.
The R has different suspension components: springs, shocks and sway bars. I suspect the difference in alignment limitations between the S & R is that a touch more negative camber is possible with the R due to lower ride height (not enough to make a significant difference IMHO). Though I am very pleased with the handling of the R, if you're looking for more adjustability in alignment settings, there are other ways to accomplish this besides swapping in R components, which at best will only give you marginal improvement in alignment adjustability over other options.
