Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

Hi, I pulled this error code off my 2010 CS. It was 1517: Throttle valve adjusting unit - adaptation cancelled Upper limit value exceeded Any ideas?

POST 2Original post

Yep somehow the response back from the throttle was a higher number than it should have been able to send. Could have been a sporadic error, or you could have a malfunctioning throttle body. You could clear the error and see if it comes back, if so, then probably time to take it to your dealer.

POST 3Original post

Thx. Cleared the error last night, hope it doesn't come back. BTW I have the firmware upgraded with Softronic.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
