I have an 06 Cayman S that I installed a DDM Tuning HID kit on the low beams and the fogs. Fogs were giving me issues with flickering and not wanting to turn on so I tried the remedy that worked on a BMW 335i that I had which was to add a capacitor to the wiring and that did not work.

So I bought the additional relay harness from DDM that is supposed to assist with low voltage and that did not work so I just decided to not mess with it anymore and out it back to stock.

Hi ladys and gents, I have an 06 Cayman S that I installed a DDM Tuning HID kit on the low beams and the fogs. Fogs were giving me issues with flickering and not wanting to turn on so I tried the remedy that worked on a BMW 335i that I had which was to add a capacitor to the wiring and that did not work. So I bought the additional relay harness from DDM that is supposed to assist with low voltage and that did not work so I just decided to not mess with it anymore and out it back to stock. Well now I am having issues with the passenger low beam, (not to mention that the temps have been in the 20's an 30's for the last month) So I tried the same things on this one as far as the capacitors and the additional harness and got nothing, it still flickers. So I decided to try one last thing and replace the ballast and the bulbs (together and individually) and got the same results, but the same set up works on the driver side with out any issues. The voltage is there so im at a stand still of what could be going wrong. :helpme::wall:
