Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Looking at ordering some new wheels what sort of offsets you guys running 19s on et?? Thanks Ste

POST 2Original post

Offsets and width will be the same as your oem turbo rims 45 rear 50 front You could go to a 8.5 front and a 12 rear and use offset Front 40 rear 45 rears may be tight

POST 3Original post

I run 19s on a 996 turbo 8.5 ON THE FRONT ET 53 12 ON THE REAR ET51

POST 4Original post

I remember reading that it's important to keep the rolling radius of the front and rear similar to avoid damaging the centre differential. What's the largest permissible difference ? I actually prefer 18" wheels, but there isn't much choice in tyres, so I'll go 19" when I see the right rims.
