Does anyone know, how many watts the cdr24 unit delivers to front and rear speakers? and / or RMS value? Was thinking of changing to a aftermarket headunit, which has 4 x 50 rms but wondered how much of a difference that would be over the standard. I do not plan to use a amp hence the headunit's built in power rating is important. thanks in advance.

Not sure what the system output is, my Boxster has the CDR30. What we are thinking of doing is replacing the head unit, w/ a Kenwood DNX6140 all in one front end - double din unit. And using the line level outputs to drive the Boxster power amp.
