Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

Just recieved my car back from the dealer for service. The first thing I noticed was that my PCM screen slightly flickers/moves. It is very slight and happens on every menu display except the navigation screen. Before leaving, I asked my mechanic to have a look at it and he said he's going to order a new screen to replace my current unit, and they don't have any in stock so they would have to order it. Anyone else have this problem? Note: This is my 3rd warranty claim now and it's getting annoying going back and forth to the dealer. (1st was: doors don't lock with remote, lock system unit was changed) (2nd was: whistling sound from rear of car/dealer still haven't figured out what the problem is and say there is NO SOUND at all) I'm so annoyed

POST 2Original post

Have you driven the car with a technician? Seems to me that if you can hear it, you should demonstrate this to the tech directly. Not sure about the dealers in your country, but I would love to hear your feedback via private message if you please.

POST 3Original post

i ahve seen a number of pcm3's die(read 5)... not very uncommon.

POST 5Original post

Strange thing: the screen is totally fine right now, i'll check it today. I'll also grab the mechanic for a quick spin in the car with me and we'll see how it goes.
