This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

I just noticed that when I pull gently on the handle to open the door, my passenger side window doesnt lower like it is supposed to. It makes the noise like it wants to lower it that .5 inch but it doesnt. Anybody experienced this before? Is it the door window motor or is it the switch that deals with it? Thanks!

POST 2Original post

For whatever it's worth, my passenger side window lowers a lot less than the drivers side when you lift the handle. As long as it clears the rubber molding you should be good. If it doesn't and the door is difficult to open because the window is still behind that molding, then an adjustment can be made. Again, it's described in the manual and if you didn't get one, there is one for downloading on this site. If that doesn't work then a dealer visit may be needed. Good luck.

POST 3Original post

It doesnt lower enough to clear the molding. I will look in the manual. Thanks
