Have a 996 carrera 4, I have had the condensers replaced and regassed. when I switch the car engine off after a run I get a noise similar to a fog horn from under the front left hand side, by where the air con re gas pipes are. The air con is working ok, but it makes this loud noise and it slowly gets lower in volume over about 5 seconds. any ideas- I though it may be the re gas valve sticking- but I don't know. if any one does know a cure I would be grateful. :thumbs:

Did you have the dryer replaced as well? It sounds to me that the system is just purging itself after you have switched off. If you are not losing any pressure then suspect its nothing to worry about.
