Was in Egypt when Jan 14th rolled around and just got back this weekend. Called up my sales guy today and he said come on over. To sum it up: OMFG[/quote]. I've been real nervous about this because I was originally going to get an RS4, but this drive wiped out any regrets I thought I might have. Unbelievable steering and a sweet sounding engine combined to make my test drive heaven. There is a significant difference between a Cayman and Boxster. And as many of you posted, this thing just roars above 4k. What a rush. I wasn't able to test handling as much as I would have liked, but the basic drive was enough for me.
An interesting note on the Sport mode my sales guy (Shawn) showed me. Beside the sport button is a button with a picture of a shock. If you activate sport mode and deactivate the shock, then the shocks revert back to normal mode while the engine map stays in the sport mode. I guess in all my readings, I hadn't noticed this.
Anyway, just thought I'd mention how thrilled I was. You can get more detailed reviews from other posts. No sense in rehashing what has already been written.

Amro, so how did you really feel/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/dance.gif. It does feel special doesn't it?
It was a feeling I was hoping to get. You have to understand that I am and always will be a big Audi fan, and I agonized over the RS4 vs Cayman S. And my only comparisons were S4 vs Boxster which, I now see, was a waste of time. The test drive had me so excited, I almost wanted to take the demo model and screw the wait for mine. However it did not have all the things I wanted, so I'll wait /fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/angry_smile.gif.
It is always good to have a sense of the music before the dance starts.
'There is a signicficant difference between a Cayman and Boxster.'
Truer words were never spoken...
Good way of putting it SF.....
Wish I could spell 'significant'
