So I ordered from FoxWellTool.com a Foxwell NT520 multi system scanner. It comes with one car make download; default Porsche . After receiving on 07 Dec 2018 I followed directions to set up a Foxwell ID through FoxWellTech.com by filling out required online info. I submit required info and get a onscreen message to check my email inbox for a account enabling email which when verified enables my account to proceed with my Porsche download through FoxWellTech.com. As of today 11 Dec 2018 I have received no contact. I emailed both FoxwellTool.com and FoxwellTech.com and am still waiting a reply. I feel like I am getting shafted. Anyone out there ever had these issues with Foxwell products?

Thanks, yes i checked ..no go. But I awoke at 3am this morning by a thought. I re registered with FoxwellTech.com with a new Email address; AOL vs MS Outlook and I got a quick response. I now have my ID and follow on Porsche data on my Foxwell NT520 . Who would have Thunk

It took a few days for me to get a response but I did get one. Scary to download a zip file from a company in China to my computer but I did it and immediately scanned for any virus or malware and it came up clean. Actually Internet Explorer displayed a warning not to download the file which made me even more anxious. It doesn't really do anything that my cheap $30 scanner does so far; e.g., it won't reset your service now light or oil change reminder. It says it reads codes but none showed up so I'm thinking that is a good thing. I have yet to see if it will do anything else. I wish I had saved my money and put it toward a Durametric. Expensive lesson learned. No affiliation with Durametric.
