Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Took off engine cover and can't see any hose leaks, (checked from above and below with a shop light) so it seems like through the filler.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

Hey guys, just got back from driving my CS mildly quick not overly aggressive. Drove to work this morning - no problem. From there about 12 miles of freeway driving - limit +5, around noon for an appointment, no problem. Temps normal for my car (175). Outside temp only 82 F. From there, home (traffic and a little speed) and after I parked, she erped up about a litre - half a quart, maybe of coolant? Hard to judge. Coolant flowed from the fill area through the small hole, and splashed down from there. Curiously, it wasn't warm to the touch. Haven't removed caps yet. Took off engine cover and can't see any hose leaks, (checked from above and below with a shop light) so it seems like through the filler. Now have 'Low coolant level' message (Didn't crank her, just ignition to read dash and gauge). Have Porsche coolant I can add back in, but what do you so suppose this might be indicative of? Thermostat? Water pump (have heard absolutely no water pump noise, and this didn't come from the front where the pump is. Clearly a wet belch :helpme:, Any other ideas? Thanks, Pssk=1.0

Err...Never mind. Loose Cap. Might order a spare because the o-ring may be loosing some elasticity.
