Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

I bought the Porsche PSE. I had it installed by a non-dealer for 2 hours of labor ($160 US Dollars). I paid $1295 USD for the exhaust because I did a group buy of 10 units. I LOVE it. It sounds great and I like having a part that was tested and engineered by Porsche. I did not install the switch to quiet it as it was an additional 8 hours of labor; mine is on all the time. You can try www.carnewal.com for good prices. Thanks Roy

POST 2Original post

Kagey, I haven't heard the Porsche sports system BUT I think the on off switch is a great idea. I had a sports exhaust system on a previous 996 & whilst it sounded fantastic when pressing on over B roads, it was a pain in town, too loud & too Maxpower-ish !!

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post
