I don't mind if the clutch will have to be changed at a latet date, as long as I don't have to fork out the money for a new set right now.*If anyone kept their old set during a RMS or IMS bearing replacement and wants to make some beer money, please let me know.

When the engine goes back in, I would like to use one that is not slipping, so I can test the transmission.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

This is for my '99 that I'm fixing the engine for. If anyone has a usable set laying around, let me know. Only has to be good enough to last a little bit. The one that came with the car had the rivets dig into the pressure plate at least 1-2mm. When the engine goes back in, I would like to use one that is not slipping, so I can test the transmission. I don't mind if the clutch will have to be changed at a latet date, as long as I don't have to fork out the money for a new set right now.*If anyone kept their old set during a RMS or IMS bearing replacement and wants to make some beer money, please let me know.

POST 2Original post

I have my old DMF laying around. Think it might serve your purposes but I'm not really an expert. I'd sell it for really cheap+ shipping if you want it.
