Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Good day All, This 01 S with 140 k came up for sale in Florida 6 days ago. The seller is asking 5K but I might be able to get him down to 4500. It has some issues, but Im fine with addressing them. This vehicle has had six owners and it looks like it has the original clutch. It has a new alternator. The fluids have been replenished fairly regularly over the last 20,000 miles and from the engine number, it looks like it has a dual row IMS. I have a call scheduled with him later today. Please let me know everyones thoughts and suggestions. Thanks so much for your help. this is the sellers description, Car is NOT PERFECT. Car is drivable and was my daily. Lets start with the bad: Top has randomly stopped working. Radio have stopped working. Blinkers have stopped working, Hazards still work. Check engine light on, I will pull codes soon, last i checked they were exhaust sensors. Engine must be cranked a bit to restart after filling up with gas, Something about gas fumes getting into system and needing to be flushed. Back window is becoming unsealed. I might be missing some but those are the large ones. The good: Drives well. New Parts include: Alternator, AOS, Battery, Rear Axels, tires relatively new(i can check the paper work if its important exactly how new). This car was a lot of fun but has too many issues for me to keep up with. I am not pretending I'm selling a perfect car but please don't try to low ball me too much. I tried to take pictures of the rough spots on paint and fender.
