Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi Guys,
Just saying Hi, got my first Porsche coming in on Friday. 2003 C4S 33kmiles. I've been reading a lot of posts and comments and seems like you guys collectively know it all!
Anyway...Hello!
I'm up in Westport. Enjoy your new toy as it is guaranteed to bring a lot of smiles to your face both when your driving it and when your thinking about driving it. I've got an '02 C4 Cab and while I was mechancially inclined as a youngster, I leave the work on this car to my Indy. Be careful when choosing one yourself as there are a lot of them out there in Fairifield County so make sure you get some references.
Where did you get it from?
lol ...just up the road from you in Norwalk.
Someone on RL is putting together a local drive up to Lime Rock on May 19th. You should sign up if you're interested! I think the main sign-up thread is now in the 993 forum.

Thanks guys! I def. would love to go to the Limerock meet! Pls. let me know the details.
@ rpolin who do you recommend as far as an Indy (I know speedsport in danbury are very good)?
I use Fairfield County Motorsport (Don & Jim) which is right accross the street from the train station in Fairfield. They are honest and do excellent work, almost entirely on Porsches and a lot of track cars as well. I have been very happy with them and more importantly, while they may not be the warm and fuzzy type, they will spend as much time as you want helping you understand what's going on with your car and what they are doing about it. In short, they know there stuff and have a done a fair amount of work for me.
As a bonus, if you work in NYC, you can drop your car off in the morning, the train is right across the street and then just pick up your car that night on the way home. Good luck and hopefully you won't be visiting the mechanic too often!
Welcome another C4S to the area (I'm a slight bit north). I've got a good mechanic up in the South Salem/Ridgefield area if you want to travel that far (PM me).
Best of luck and enjoy!
Eric
here are the pics! and the mods so far!
Blisten suspension, lowered, tints, Fister exhaust, adaptec spacers.
Thanks guys! see you around!
